Indice Internacional de Derechos de Propiedad 2010
La Alianza de Derechos de Propiedad, ha publicado recientemente el Índice Internacional de Derechos de Propiedad 2010 (IIDP), midiendo los derechos de propiedad en 125 países. El análisis del índice se concentra en tres áreas de derechos de propiedad: 1) Ambiente Legal y Político (LP), 2) Derechos de Propiedad Físicos (DPF), y 3) Derechos de Propiedad Intelectuales (DPI). Los primeros cinco países fueron Finlandia (8.6), Dinamarca (8.5), Suecia (8.5), Holanda (8.4), y Noruega (8.3), mientras que los últimos cinco fueron Chad (3.2), Zimbabwe (3.2), Venezuela (3.2), Costa de Marfil (3.1) y Bangladesh (2.9).

The 2010 International Property Rights Index (IPRI) is an international comparative study that measures the significance of both physical and intellectual property rights and their protection for economic well-being. In order to incorporate and grasp the important aspects related to property rights protection, the Index focuses on three areas: Legal and Political Environment (LP), Physical Property Rights (PPR), and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The current study analyzes data for 125 countries around the globe, representing ninety-seven percent of world GDP. Of great importance, the 2010 gauge incorporates data of PR protection from various sources, often directly obtained from expert surveys within the evaluated countries.

Que virus, como se ha podido colar semejante virus en tantos liberales… Desde luego, es de lo primero que la mayoria de liberales deberia estudiar, las bases teoricas de contratos, fraude, acuerdos, etc… para que no lleguen a tamañanas tonterias… En fin…
